Welcome to Global Getaway Holidays. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your travel.

1. General Information

• Global Getaway Holidays is a travel agency based in Kerala, India.
• We provide holiday packages, hotel bookings, cab services, flight bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance, and customized tours.
• By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Payments

• To confirm your booking, we require 50% advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the travel date.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, and Credit Card.
• Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the advance payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are allowed at least 7 days before the travel date.
• Cancellation charges apply and depend on the services booked (such as airlines, hotels, or activity providers).
• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges and are subject to vendor policies.
• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of travel) or for unused services.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and government-issued ID proofs.
• We provide assistance with visa applications, but approval is entirely at the discretion of the concerned embassy/authority. We do not guarantee visa approval.
• Global Getaway Holidays will take care of entry tickets, parking fees, and other inclusions mentioned in your package.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended.
• We can assist you in arranging travel insurance if requested.

6. Health & Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel.
• Please carry necessary medicines, prescriptions, and health documents as required.
• We are not responsible for any medical issues or expenses incurred during travel.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• While we carefully select our vendors (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.), Global Getaway Holidays is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
• We are also not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

8. Disputes & Jurisdiction

• In case of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt mediation/arbitration.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of India under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Kerala.

9. Website Use

• All content, images, and materials on our website are the property of Global Getaway Holidays.
• You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• You agree not to misuse our website for unlawful activities.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Global Getaway Holidays, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.
